Originally from Belgium, Siel is an experienced and client-first Attorney in New York who in addition to running her own firm, currently also serves as Co-Counsel at Manifest Law. Based in Dallas, TX, Colin specializes in the preparation of O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions. His approach is equal parts rigorous and story-driven: he works side-by-side with clients to assemble the strongest possible record and craft it into a compelling narrative that best fits their work, their goals, and the applicable legal requirements.
Colin has worked with leading immigration firms on a wide range of case types and has extensive experience supporting startup founders and business leaders. Anita Koumriqian Piper

Anita Koumriqian Piper helps individuals, families, startups, and employers pursue U.S. visas, green cards, and citizenship. As of counsel to Timperman Law, she brings more than a decade of experience in family and employment based immigration, including marriage based green cards, consular processing, naturalization, and immigration strategies for founders and professionals.
Born in Iraq of Armenian heritage, Anita immigrated to the United States as a young child. Watching her parents navigate the immigration and citizenship processes helped shape her decision to become an attorney. That experience informs her approach today: clear guidance, thoughtful attention to risk, and an understanding of what each immigration decision means for a client’s family, career, and future.
Anita earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree with honors from UCLA. During law school, she prepared an asylum brief and argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit through the school’s Ninth Circuit Pro Bono Program. She has presented at AILA conferences and other professional organizations and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. She is fluent in Armenian.
